It is an error in the date of birth appearing in the article which could let believe in the not identification of the famous composer.

LOUIS CANIVEZ, LEADER OF THE PHILHARMONIC SOCIETY OF FOSSES.

One of the most prestigious leaders was Louis CANIVEZ. He was born to Binche on April 24, 1837; in the arrival to Pits, was solo snorkel in the Harmony Ste-Marie of Oignies to Aiseau.
