Legacy, Privacy and rectify – GDPR

In accordance with the Belgian law of 8 December 1992 for the protection of personal privacy in relation to the processing of personal data, and in accordance with article 34 of the French “informatique et libertés” law of 6 January 1978, in full respect of the European Regulation on data protection (GDPR) , the data you submit to us by filling a form are used solely for the purpose of improving the family tree of the GFCanivet (Large Canivet Family). These data will never be made available to anybody other than the other members of one of the Canivet lineages.

If necessary, you can exercise your right to access, modify and/or withdraw the data by contacting the NPO, either in writing to the following postal address: rue Van Grootven 13 à 1300 LIMAL-BEL, or by email via the address contact@canivet.com, mentioning your comments and your contact details.

The NPO La Grande Famille Canivet (The Large Canivet Family) was created on 10 January 2010, under the business number 0822.784.187. Its head office is located rue de virginal 25 in 1460 ITTRE- Belgium. It complies with the Code of Ethics related to Genealogy Privacy and is registered with the Commission for the Protection of Privacy under the number HM003006161.
